Return & Refund Policy

SensIQ Nootropics is a brand of AEJ Brands LLC. At SensIQ, we stand behind the quality and efficacy of our formulas. Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is designed to give you confidence in your purchase while ensuring fairness for both our customers and our team.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing an order with SensIQ Nootropics, you agree to the terms outlined below.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on eligible single-item purchases. If you are not satisfied with your results after genuinely using the product, you may submit a refund request within 30 days of your delivery date. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
This guarantee is limited to one claim per customer lifetime. Customers who have previously received a refund under this guarantee are not eligible to submit additional claims.
To Submit a Claim
All refund requests must be submitted by email to hello@sensiqnootropics.com. To be considered, your submission must include all of the following:
• Your order number
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
• A written explanation of your experience and why the product did not meet your expectations
• Confirmation that you used the product for a minimum of 14 consecutive days prior to submitting your claim
Incomplete submissions will not be processed. We will respond to all refund requests within 5 business days of receipt. SensIQ reserves the right to request additional information to validate any claim.
Eligibility
To qualify for the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, your purchase must meet all of the following criteria:
• The item was purchased directly from SensIQ Nootropics at sensiqnootropics.com
• The request is submitted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date
• The product has been used for a minimum of 14 consecutive days
• The item is not excluded under the Non-Eligible Items section below
• This is your first satisfaction guarantee claim with SensIQ
Non-Eligible Items & Orders
The following are not covered by the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee under any circumstances:
• Bundle purchases
• Subscription orders (see Subscription Cancellations below)
• Gift cards
• Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount code
• Items purchased through a third-party retailer
• Wholesale and HCP orders -- all wholesale sales are final; no refunds or returns are accepted on orders placed through the SensIQ wholesale portal
• Orders shipped outside the contiguous 50 United States -- SensIQ ships to all 50 U.S. states only; orders shipped to Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or international addresses are not covered by this guarantee
No Returns or Exchanges
SensIQ does not accept physical returns or product exchanges. Because our formulas are health and wellness products, we are unable to restock or resell any item that has left our inventory. Please do not ship product back to us without prior written authorization, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will not be refunded.
This policy applies to all orders, including those submitted in error. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@sensiqnootropics.com with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
• A brief description of the issue
Upon review and approval, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped at no additional cost. To receive your replacement, you will be required to ship the original item back to us at:

Return shipping instructions will be provided at the time of approval. Items must be shipped within 10 days of receiving return instructions.
Subscription Cancellations
Subscription orders are not covered by our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your SensIQ customer portal with no cancellation fees. Cancellations take effect on the next billing cycle; any orders that have already been processed or shipped prior to cancellation are final and cannot be refunded.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We ask that all customers contact our support team at hello@sensiqnootropics.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or credit card provider. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly, and most concerns can be addressed directly.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting SensIQ may result in the permanent forfeiture of your eligibility under the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, and may result in the cancellation of any active subscription or account.
Fraud & Abuse
SensIQ reserves the right to deny any refund request that shows signs of fraud or abuse, including but not limited to: repeat claims across multiple orders or accounts, inconsistent or unverifiable information, and claims submitted outside of the stated eligibility window.
We take this policy seriously to protect our customers and maintain the integrity of our guarantee program. Customers found to be abusing the guarantee may be permanently disqualified from future claims.
