Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

SensIQ Nootropics, a brand of AEJ Brands LLC, offers subscription-based purchasing options for select products. This policy describes how subscriptions work, how to manage your subscription, and the terms that govern cancellations, modifications, and billing. By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.

How Subscriptions Work

When you purchase a subscription you will receive repeat deliveries of your selected product at the frequency you choose at the time of enrollment. Your payment method will be stored securely and charged automatically at each renewal interval unless you modify or cancel your subscription in advance.

Subscriptions are billed on a pay-as-you-go basis. You will be charged for each delivery cycle at the subscription price in effect at the time of renewal. SensIQ Nootropics reserves the right to modify subscription pricing at any time with reasonable advance notice. Continued enrollment following a price change constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time through your SensIQ customer account portal. Your order confirmation email also contains a link to access and manage your subscription directly. Through your portal you may:

•       Cancel: Cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Any order that has already been processed or shipped prior to cancellation is final and not eligible for a refund.

•       Pause: Temporarily pause your subscription if you need to skip a cycle or take a break. Your subscription will resume automatically at the end of the pause period unless you take further action.

•       Delay: Push back your next scheduled delivery without pausing or cancelling your subscription entirely.

•       Change Product or Frequency: Modify the product you receive or adjust your delivery frequency at any time through your account portal. Changes will take effect on your next billing cycle.

Billing & Payment

Your payment method will be charged automatically at each renewal date based on your selected subscription frequency. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize AEJ Brands LLC to charge your stored payment method on a recurring basis until your subscription is cancelled.

Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, SensIQ Nootropics will make multiple attempts to process the charge. Up to 3 payment attempts will be made before your subscription is automatically cancelled. You will be notified by email if a payment attempt fails. To avoid interruption to your subscription, please ensure your payment information is current and up to date in your account portal.

SensIQ Nootropics is not responsible for missed deliveries or subscription lapses resulting from failed payments due to outdated or invalid payment information.

Promotional Pricing

From time to time, SensIQ Nootropics may offer promotional pricing on the first subscription order, such as a discounted first month. All subsequent renewal orders will be charged at the standard subscription price in effect at the time of renewal, regardless of the promotional rate applied to the initial order.

Promotional pricing is intended for new subscribers only and is limited to one redemption per customer. AEJ Brands LLC reserves the right to revoke promotional pricing and charge standard rates for customers who cancel and resubscribe with the intent of repeatedly exploiting first-order promotional offers. Abuse of promotional pricing may also result in the cancellation of subscription privileges at our sole discretion.

Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. Cancellations are effective at the start of the next billing cycle. Orders that have already been processed or shipped prior to your cancellation request are final and cannot be refunded or returned.

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at hello@sensiqnootropics.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Chargebacks filed without first contacting our support team may result in the permanent cancellation of your subscription and forfeiture of any guarantee eligibility.

Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for managing your subscription account, including keeping your payment information current, monitoring your renewal dates, and submitting cancellation or modification requests in a timely manner. SensIQ Nootropics is not responsible for charges that result from a failure to cancel or modify a subscription prior to its renewal date.

By enrolling in a subscription, you acknowledge that recurring charges will be applied to your payment method at each renewal interval and that it is your responsibility to manage your account accordingly. Claims of unauthorized charges due to failure to cancel will not be considered valid grounds for a refund where account access was available.

Price & Policy Changes

AEJ Brands LLC reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, delivery frequency options, available products, and the terms of this policy at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes before they take effect. Continued enrollment in a subscription following any such notice constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
