Shipping Policy

AEJ Brands LLC, operating as SensIQ Nootropics, is committed to fulfilling your order promptly and accurately. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through sensiqnootropics.com and the SensIQ wholesale portal. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Shipping Destinations
SensIQ Nootropics ships to all 50 United States and Puerto Rico. We do not ship to other U.S. territories or international addresses at this time. AEJ Brands LLC reserves the right to modify available shipping destinations at any time and at its sole discretion, without prior notice. The shipping destinations applicable to your order will be confirmed at checkout.
Please note that orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico may be subject to extended transit times and additional shipping charges depending on carrier availability and destination.
Please note that orders shipped to Puerto Rico may be subject to extended transit times depending on carrier availability. Consumer orders to Puerto Rico qualify for free standard shipping. Wholesale orders to Puerto Rico are subject to the same shipping rate structure as all other wholesale orders.
Consumer Orders
Free Standard Shipping
All consumer orders placed through sensiqnootropics.com to the contiguous 48 United States qualify for free standard shipping, including subscription orders. No minimum purchase is required.
Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico do not qualify for free standard shipping. Shipping rates for these destinations will be calculated based on your delivery address and order details and displayed at checkout prior to completing your purchase.
Standard shipping is fulfilled via a mix of carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order will be determined at the time of fulfillment based on your delivery address and order details. Delivery windows vary by carrier and destination and are not guaranteed.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for consumer orders. Expedited shipping rates are calculated based on your order details, delivery address, and selected service level and will be displayed at checkout prior to completing your purchase.
Selecting an expedited shipping option does not bypass standard order processing time. Please account for processing time when selecting your shipping method.
Wholesale Orders
Shipping Rates
Wholesale orders placed through the SensIQ wholesale portal are subject to shipping charges. Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, and delivery destination and will be displayed at checkout prior to completing your purchase. There is no flat-rate shipping on wholesale orders.
Wholesale orders of $250 or more will be assessed a shipping charge. Orders below $250 may be subject to additional handling fees. All applicable shipping costs will be clearly presented at checkout.
Processing Time
Wholesale orders typically require additional processing time beyond standard consumer orders due to order size and fulfillment requirements. Processing time for wholesale orders may exceed 1 business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.
Order Processing
All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of being placed, though processing times may vary during periods of high order volume, promotional events, or unforeseen fulfillment delays.
Orders are processed on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the following business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email at the time of purchase and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled. SensIQ Nootropics is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been handed off to the carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@sensiqnootropics.com with your order number and we will investigate promptly.
Delivery Issues
Incorrect Address
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. SensIQ Nootropics is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you identify an error in your shipping address, please contact us at hello@sensiqnootropics.com immediately after placing your order. We will make every effort to correct the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
SensIQ Nootropics is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after a carrier has confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout. If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
• Checking with neighbors or building management for the package
• Confirming the delivery address on your order confirmation
• Contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number to open a claim

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy at sensiqnootropics.com for instructions on how to submit a claim. Damaged or incorrect item claims must be submitted within 30 days of your confirmed delivery date and must include photo documentation of the issue.
